Heavy rainfall, special care, and characteristic climate bring some of the wines we have today. Biodiversity diversity was important to have fertile soils, where adaptations to conditions such as having abundant water and high soil fertility favored the longevity of the special taste of the grapes.

Along with the creative spirit of the Çobo winery, he brought another wine brand, Kashmer, a combination of three excellent grape varieties: Cabernet, Shesh, and Merlot. It is a family specialty. Kashmer is a harmonious velvety and ruby wine, appreciated by the most demanding wine lovers. It is immense pleasure if served with roast and red meat, as well as with Horse oeuvres, at a temperature of 18-20C.
