SHESH I BARDHE

A lovely combination of the Albanian autochthonous Wine "Shesh i bardhe" and gentle and heart-warming history. Its bright yellow colour, intense flavour, as classic as special with pleasant slightly bitter remaining. With the same passion as the first time and the experience gained too, Cobo family continues to improve day by day. It is a real delight if served with first courses, in particularly with the fresh fish specialty, at a temperature of 10 - 13 C.
